About the Role

For our locations in Karlsruhe and Heilbronn, we are looking for a full-time customer service technician SHK (m/w/d) with a Class B driver's license to start immediately.

You Would Complement Us With

• Your training in the SHK trade as a plant mechanic
• Your sound knowledge of the SHK trade
• Your ability to stay calm and thoughtful, maintain an overview, and act in a goal-oriented manner
• Your capacity to act responsibly, proactively, autonomously, and in an organized manner
• Your commitment to doing the very best for our customers
• Your enjoyment of contributing innovative ideas to a team and optimizing it

Your Responsibilities

• Minor repairs in the heating and sanitary sector
• Maintenance work on oil and gas heating systems in the small boiler system sector
• Electrical work on heating systems in new construction / single-family homes
• Commissioning of heating systems in new construction / single-family homes
• Independent work based on specifications and plans
• Contact with customers and other parties regarding construction projects
