About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is interested in motorhomes and comfortable with technology. Your main task is to satisfy our customers in the after-sales area.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning workshop appointments
- Creating warranty claims
- Ordering spare parts
- Creating order confirmations
- Creating invoices
Qualifications
- Strong PC skills
- Spelling proficiency
- Calm and composed demeanor
- Ideally, experience in this field or as a secretary
