Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-retirees and retirees to provide customized insurance and retirement planning solutions.
- Utilize access to hundreds of top-rated carriers to recommend solutions based on client needs—not company quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Grow your personal book of business while collaborating with an experienced local leadership team.
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
- Represent American Senior Benefits with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to putting clients first.
Requirements
- Active Health and Life Insurance License required.
- Proven success in insurance sales or financial services.
- Strong desire to build a larger, more profitable book of business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presentation and consultative selling ability.
- Computer proficiency and comfort using CRM and business technology.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work from the local office and meet with clients in person.
Benefits
- Compensation is highly customizable and will be reviewed directly with management.
- Salary range: USD $49,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
