About the role

The Crew Member delivers a high-quality guest experience by preparing and serving food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment while demonstrating Krystal’s Core Values. This role focuses on product quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and providing “WOW” hospitality to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food products according to approved Krystal procedures, specifications, and quality standards
• Adhere to approved food holding times, temperatures, and safe food-handling practices
• Pack food using approved Krystal containers, lids, and bags
• Deliver “WOW” hospitality through friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic guest service
• Maintain proper uniform and professional appearance at all times
• Follow all approved cash-handling and security procedures
• Communicate positively with guests, teammates, and managers
• Accept coaching and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, equipment, and utensils
• Ensure lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, and exterior areas remain clean and organized
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations

Requirements

• An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of: Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to learn and follow company procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members

Schedule

This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekly hours will vary depending on business needs.
