Kraft Heinz Trainee Program – Dublin, Ireland 2027

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Program start: 2027 (permanent contract from day one).

About the role

Kraft Heinz is opening applications for its 2027 Trainee Program in Dublin, and the program starts with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, trainees rotate across real business functions instead of sitting through a single fixed placement. That structure means recent graduates get exposure to field sales, an individual business project, and a placement in a different function — all before landing in a permanent role at the end of the program. Because the program targets future enterprise leaders, it’s built for candidates who are ambitious, adaptable, and ready to move across functions and, eventually, across Europe.
