Available Positions
Deputy Company Secretary
Responsibilities
- Assist in Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ Meetings, including agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, Code of Corporate Governance, SECP, PSX, CDC, and other applicable laws.
- Manage statutory filings, corporate records, governance documentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate shareholder matters with the Share Registrar, including transfers, transmission, dividends, and corporate actions.
- Assist in preparing the Annual Report and corporate governance disclosures.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, and monitor regulatory developments.
- Support strategic corporate actions, including right/bonus issues, share buy-backs, and capital restructuring.
- Act on behalf of the Company Secretary, as delegated.
Requirements
- Qualifications: ICSP Member (or equivalent); LLB, CA (Inter), ACCA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent. Additional qualifications preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years in the Company Secretariat of a Public Listed Company with hands-on experience of SECP, PSX, CDC, Share Registrar, and Board/Committee administration & corporate governance.
Company Secretary
Responsibilities
- Act as Secretary to the Board of Directors, Board Committees & Shareholders, including preparation of agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and statutory records.
- Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2017, SECP, PSX, CDC, and other applicable regulations.
- Lead the execution of corporate actions.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of Annual Reports, Corporate Governance Statements, Statutory Returns & Regulatory Disclosures.
- Oversee shareholder affairs, including share transfers, succession, investor correspondence, and dividend matters.
- Liaise with SECP, PSX, CDC, Share Registrar, external auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- Qualification: ICSP, LLB, CA/CA (Inter), ACMA/FCMA, ACCA or MBA (Finance)/M.Com (Multiple professional qualifications preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including 5 years in a Public Listed Company, with hands-on expertise in corporate secretarial functions and regulatory compliance.
Lead Financial Reporting
Requirements
- Qualification: CA (Finalist)
- Experience: 5-7 years (including CA Articles) in a listed manufacturing company or audit firm, with expertise in financial statements & consolidated accounts.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, ICAP TRs, SECP directives & corporate laws.
- Age: Not more than 35 years
- Proficiency in Oracle & MS Office
Vigilance Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Manage team of monitoring agents.
- Ensure timely compliance.
- Monitor the system.
- Provide counseling & training for stakeholders and conduct awareness activities.
- Check tracker health and actively monitor tracker functionality.
- Review and analyze truck and transporter performance.
- Manage penalties for violations.
- Coordinate with transporters and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor/BBA/MBA
- Computer literacy with understanding of office tools MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience.
