Knox Model Cocktail Server - MGM Springfield

Responsibilities

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
• Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand
• Attend activities outside of venue
• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

Requirements

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age

Pay

The starting rate is $9.50 per hour plus tips. The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $1,900. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
