What You'll Do

  • Knowledge Management
    • Build and maintain a centralized library of firm credentials, case studies, CVs, and deal experience
    • Curate sector- and transaction-specific materials, including detailed CVs and qualification lists
    • Ensure consistency in formatting, version control, and alignment with firm positioning
    • Develop and maintain key sector insights and considerations
    • Propose and pursue support
      • Enable faster, higher-quality proposal development
      • Assemble tailored credentials, experience, and CVs for client pursuits
      • Draft core proposal content, including firm overview and credentials sections
      • Capture and apply insights from wins and losses to refine positioning
    • Market & Competitive Intelligence
      • Prepare concise briefing materials for meetings and conferences
      • Track market activity (M&A, capital raises, platform growth, key hires)
      • Maintain relationship and advisor maps to support business development
      • Deliver regular updates on competitors and sector trends
      • Strategic Research & Insights
        • Produce company profiles and investor strategy analyses
        • Identify emerging deal trends and market themes
        • Support development of sector playbooks and thought leadership

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor of Commerce/Business or a related field
    • 3–5 years’ experience in knowledge management, research, or proposal support within professional services, consulting, or finance
    • Solid understanding of M&A or transaction-driven environments
    • Strong writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
    • Experience managing content libraries or knowledge repositories
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
    • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and high discretion
    • Availability for partial overlap with North American (EST) business hours
