Knowledge Manager
About the role
As a Knowledge Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights for our national security clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of knowledge management processes, ensuring they align with government and corporate IT standards. You will also seek out opportunities to enhance efficiency, implement new procedures, and manage performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor knowledge management processes to ensure they align with government and corporate IT standards.
- Develop and incorporate new efficiencies, procedures, and metrics to capture, track, and report program performance.
- Maintain data, information, and reporting components for program functional areas.
- Lead the development and execution of knowledge management training for the team.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of knowledge management user interface features to organize, maintain, and share data, information, and knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Knowledge Manager.
- Experience with information architecture, scripting, programming, software applications, and business operations workflows.
- Experience with MS SharePoint and non-SharePoint web-based solutions for information sharing.
- Experience working on a cross-functional team and responding to dynamic requirements.
- Knowledge of planning and coordinating the life cycle of organizational data, including record keeping and information management.
- Knowledge of information security (INFOSEC) and risk analysis, management, and mitigation.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
