About the role

WIL-G is a multidisciplinary group practice in Sint-Amands where psychologists, psychotherapists and other care professionals collaborate from one shared vision: high-quality, warm and scientifically grounded care. Our practice offers guidance to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, with particular expertise in psychotrauma, attachment, personality issues, relationship and family therapy. We combine different therapeutic approaches while respecting each individual’s uniqueness.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults
• Deliver trauma-focused treatment (e.g., EMDR) and develop further expertise in this area
• Integrate systemic/contextual and/or body-oriented approaches when appropriate
• Work autonomously while actively participating in multidisciplinary collaboration and team exchanges
• Contribute to the growth of the practice by initiating or joining new projects and group offerings

Requirements

• Recognised as a clinical psychologist in Belgium
• Registered with the Psychologists Commission
• Experience or strong affinity with psychotrauma
• Completed or ongoing psychotherapy training
• EMDR training completed or willingness to pursue it
• Interest in systemic/contextual and/or body-oriented work
• Ability to work independently yet value team collaboration
• Open, respectful and authentic communication style
