About the role

We are looking for a colleague for the position of clinical psychologist/psychotherapist for 32–36 hours per week at location Gezondheidscentrum De Schakel, Meijhorst 1000C, Dukenburg Nijmegen. You will be a team player and serve as a beacon for your fellow clinicians in terms of treatment content.

The working days and number of hours will be determined in mutual consultation.

Responsibilities

  • You will have the treatment-content coordination of six (healthcare) psychologists at the location, three psychologists and three therapists from a nearby location.
  • You will be the specialist who provides treatment-content advice during the weekly indication and treatment staff meetings.
  • You will lead the monthly intervision sessions.
  • You will act as the supervising clinician for two junior psychologists.
  • You will conduct intake interviews and evaluation meetings.
  • You will provide psychotherapeutic treatments.
  • You will report back to referrers about the treatment.
  • You will ensure meticulous record-keeping.
  • There is the possibility to provide work guidance and supervision.
  • There is the possibility to act as (substitute) practice supervisor for the healthcare psychologist and/or psychotherapist training.
  • There is the possibility to take on management-related tasks.

Requirements

  • You are a BIG-registered clinical psychologist/psychotherapist.
  • You are empathic and social, with strong communication and social skills and a good introspective and (self-)reflective ability.
  • You have strong written and oral expression skills.
