Kitting Supervisor (E shift TH-SUN 6pm-430am

This full‑time, entry‑level leadership position is based in Lancaster, USA (35 Technology Pl) within the Solutions division and works the E shift (Thursday‑Sunday, 6 pm‑4:30 am). The Kitting Supervisor oversees production associates handling freight loading/unloading, material accounting, and the assembly and installation of server racks and components.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
• Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advise subordinates on work‑related questions or problems.
• Monitor production areas for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Recommend and implement documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Perform or assist subordinates in the performance of duties as needed.
• Maintain service level agreements using internal and external systems and dashboards.
• Enforce safety protocols and standards for all team members.
• Interact frequently with customers, peers, and other site stakeholders.
• Pass required federal, state, local, airport, or company background checks and drug/alcohol tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required).
• Generally 3–6 years of experience in material handling operations.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to supervise production associates and manage safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Capability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay

Base pay range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
