Primary Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pull and assemble complex kits according to customer, Manufacturing, and Warehouse requirements.
- Conduct detailed audits on work orders and kits, including high-value or critical components.
- Lead the backfilling of material shortages and coordinate with Warehouse and Planning teams to prevent delays.
- Move and stage material efficiently using carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Troubleshoot physical kitting challenges and provide solutions to improve flow.
Required Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in kitting, material handling, or inventory management in an EMS or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MIS/MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred), barcode scanning, and inventory management software.
- Experience operating carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ESD requirements, labeling, and inventory traceability.
