Kitting Cell Technician
As a Kitting Cell Technician, you will be part of a team dedicated to excellence in systems and component assembly. Using engineered drawings, work instructions, and SOPs, the expectation is to deliver top-quality results. Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical systems and components from engineered drawings and routings.
- Effectively use hand and small power tools for mechanical assemblies.
- Perform required testing following trained procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues with testing instruments and equipment.
- Provide the level of quality expected from our customers, both internal and external.
- Participate in training programs enabling skills development such as fork truck operation and ERP system data entry.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance, working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully take direction from lead/manager.
- Adhere to and follow all safety protocols and processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical component construction and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, diagrams, and measuring tools.
- Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
- A positive and proactive attitude that embraces continuous learning and collaboration.
- Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of ERP and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate in an effective, respectful manner.

Pay
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
