About the role

KITH Treats is seeking an enthusiastic Ice Cream Swirler to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves ice cream, people, and creating a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Making every guest feel welcome—first-timers and regulars alike
• Building our iconic desserts that look just as good as they taste
• Learning and mastering our signature swirl (yes, it’s a thing 😌)
• Keeping the space clean, stocked, and ready between customers
• Helping track inventory and letting the team know when we’re running low
• Staying in the loop on new drops, collabs, and brand moments
• Following food safety and store guidelines (we’ll train you!)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of food service experience
• Cash handling experience is a plus (though we will train)
• Ability to stay on your feet, move around, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy talking to people

Skills

• Customer-facing experience (retail, café, anything people-focused) is a plus
