Responsibilities
- Deep cleans all kitchen ovens, sinks, freezers, coolers, griddles and other dirty restaurant equipment.
- Prepares all food and beverage areas.
- Cleans walls, floors and ceilings.
- Cleans and organizes all storage areas including the main freezer, cooler and dry storage.
- Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas.
- Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies.
- Knowable of the MSDS book.
- May assist with receiving orders.
- Safeguards trash cans by changing them regularly.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment.
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with chemicals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.
- Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position.
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment.
