Essential Job Functions
- dishwashing/Pot washing
- General kitchen, back of house cleanliness
- removes all garbage and boxes
- Floor sanitation
- Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and returns to proper place
- Follows direction of lead kitchen utility/executive kitchen steward at all times
- Transports food from ship to shore and vice versa
- Auxiliary duties such as assisting receiving in putting food products away
- Auxiliary duties such as assisting buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware

- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Chemical handling as per company video; ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: None
- Other Specialized Requirements: Wears appropriate uniform - white shirt & pants, apron, GVC ball cap or hair net, slip resistant shoes, name badge, and gaming badge. If Team Member is a minor, must adhere to all Indiana Labor Laws
