Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Process returns and refunds according to company policy
• Provide product information and assist with order fulfillment
• Respond to customer feedback and suggestions

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
