Responsibilities

• Prepare tableware for washing: scrape plates, pre-soak silver, and place all items to be washed in their proper rack.
• Set up dishwashing machine: ensure drains are closed, tanks are filled, temperatures are at the correct level, and detergents are at the proper level.
• Wash dishes and stack and store china in the appropriate locations.
