Summary
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment, the Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on our Culinary Team.Responsibilities
- Sets up and operates dish machine and pot and pan sinks. Keeps area clean at all times.
- Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue, sorting china, and running tableware through dish machine.
- Properly stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays.
- Gathers and properly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, storage areas, etc.
- Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis. Breaks down and empties boxes.
- Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.

- May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Requires occasional bending, lifting, stretching.
