Responsibilities

• Build beautiful sandwiches that guests can't wait to eat
• Prep ingredients and set up stations for a smooth, successful service
• Follow recipes and standards that make every bite consistently delicious
• Work in a clean, organized, and food-safe manner from open to close
• Keep the kitchen stocked and ready for whatever the rush brings
• Learn new stations and skills so every day stays fresh and interesting
• Adapt to menu changes, coaching, and always aim to get better
• Pitch in wherever your teammates need you most

Requirements

• You'd rather stay active than stare at the clock
• You believe speed matters—but quality matters more
• You like organized stations, sharp execution, and a clean kitchen

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience washing dishes, wielding a knife (extra safely), following recipes and crushing it in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Pay

$18.81/hour, plus tips for all positions. With tips, your pay is likely to range from $25-27/hour

Schedule

Evenings are all yours. Never ever (ever ever ever ever) work a night shift again!

Physical Requirements

• Seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively
• Standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity
• Working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures
• Occasionally working in confined spaces
