About the role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, you’ll work in the Heart of House as a Kitchen Team Member/Cook, rotating across multiple stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. Your role is central to producing all food items and delivering legendary guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple kitchen stations to prepare food items efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years (or higher as required by applicable law).
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay

$15 – $27.18 per hour. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location. Overtime eligibility follows applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
