About the role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, you’ll work in the Heart of House as a Kitchen Team Member/Cook, rotating through multiple stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. Your role is central to producing all food items and creating legendary guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate in multiple kitchen stations: Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
• Prepare and cook food items to Buffalo Wild Wings standards
• Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality production to support guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years (or higher as required by applicable law)
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay

$15 – $25.56 per hour. Actual pay placement within this range varies based on experience, education, training, location, and state/local minimum wage requirements. Overtime eligibility applies per applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
