Kitchen Team Member/Cook

About the role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, you’ll work directly within the Heart of House as a Kitchen Team Member/Cook. You will rotate through multiple stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. By producing all Buffalo Wild Wings food items, you’ll play a key role in creating legendary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple kitchen stations (Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, Expo)
• Prepare and cook food items according to Buffalo Wild Wings standards
• Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet brand expectations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Contribute to a guest experience that fuels moments worth sharing

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years (or higher, as required by applicable law)
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Strong guest service skills

Pay

$16.00 – $26.94 per hour. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state or local minimum wage requirements. Overtime eligibility follows applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
