Responsibilities
- Build beautiful sandwiches that guests can't wait to eat
- Prep ingredients and set up stations for a smooth, successful service
- Follow recipes and standards that make every bite consistently delicious
- Work in a clean, organized, and food-safe manner from open to close
- Keep the kitchen stocked and ready for whatever the rush brings
- Learn new stations and skills so every day stays fresh and interesting
- Adapt to menu changes, coaching, and always aim to get better
- Pitch in wherever your teammates need you most
Requirements
- You'd rather stay active than stare at the clock
- You believe speed matters—but quality matters more
- You like organized stations, sharp execution, and a clean kitchen
- You get real joy from feeding people real good food

Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience washing dishes, wielding a knife (extra safely), following recipes and crushing it in a fast-paced restaurant environment
