Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Dash In team. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts. Dash In is a chef-inspired food concept within the Wills Group family, offering a 24/7 retail environment.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Associate, you'll be the culinary wizard behind the scenes, crafting mouthwatering meals and ensuring our guests enjoy an extraordinary food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Foodie Extraordinaire: Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality codes to create culinary delights.
• Freshness Fanatic: Keep prep levels in check to ensure freshness and readiness for service.
• Organization Mastermind: Keep prep stations organized and tidy.
• Delivery Dynamo: Properly place delivered goods.
• Kitchen Conductor: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance.
• Guest Experience Guru: Connect with guests, delivering personalized experiences.
• Equipment Maestro: Operate food service equipment proficiently.
• Lifting Superstar: Handle large containers using proper lifting techniques.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or completion of our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, preferably as a line cook or prep cook
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Able to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification or equivalent qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
