About the Role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member who shares our passion for food quality, customer service, and community. As part of our dynamic team, you'll work with honest, whole ingredients to create a unique menu featuring scratch-baked bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal items accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Learn from mistakes and proactively support other departments
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability, with shifts varying based on customer traffic and time of year
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift, with limited sitting opportunities
• At least 18 years of age
