About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for a Kitchen Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team to prepare a unique menu selection, including scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal items accurately per specification with a "can do" attitude
• Work quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Multitask effectively, learn from mistakes, and proactively assist other departments
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation
• Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting

Requirements

• Flexible schedule; shifts vary weekly based on customer traffic and time of year
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
