About the role
As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring all kitchen tasks are completed to high standards. You'll work closely with supervisors and managers to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, sandwiches, and kitchen equipment for service each shift
- Follow continuous training and adhere to operational and menu changes
- Adapt to feedback and coaching from supervisors and managers
- Practice all Call Your Mother, city, and state food-safety guidelines
- Maintain clean kitchen areas and equipment through daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Contribute to smooth service by achieving fast ticket times, accurate orders, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role is not required
Qualifications

Pay
Starting wage: $17.95/hour, plus tips. With tips, your pay is likely to range from $22-25/hour.
