Responsibilities

  • Cook meats, soups, and sauces and supervise all aspects of the food and beverage operation.
  • Prepare and train kitchen staff on proper preparation and food presentation.
  • Control food and labor costs and conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet company standards.
  • Assist with monthly inventory and provide high-quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for delivery to guests.
  • Follow company recipes and portioning requirements to prepare hot and cold foods.
  • Participate as a team player and assist with menu planning and estimating food consumption.

Qualifications

  • Professional training through a culinary education or experience in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant/catering facility.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a lead line cook or kitchen supervisor.
  • Ability to supervise kitchen staff and operate standard kitchen equipment.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
