Responsibilities
- Cook meats, soups, and sauces and supervise all aspects of the food and beverage operation.
- Prepare and train kitchen staff on proper preparation and food presentation.
- Control food and labor costs and conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet company standards.
- Assist with monthly inventory and provide high-quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for delivery to guests.
- Follow company recipes and portioning requirements to prepare hot and cold foods.
- Participate as a team player and assist with menu planning and estimating food consumption.
Qualifications
- Professional training through a culinary education or experience in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant/catering facility.
- 1-3 years of experience as a lead line cook or kitchen supervisor.
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff and operate standard kitchen equipment.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
