KITCHEN STEWARD II HEAVY DUTY (FT) | TSR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Washes china, silverware, glassware, pots and pans.
• Keeps kitchen and respective areas clean and organized.
• Breaks down cardboard boxes and removes to designated area.
• Sweeps and mops the floor as instructed by the Shift Supervisor.
• Deep cleans kitchen and respective areas as instructed.
• Cleans and organizes all shelves, walk-ins, storeroom and back dock area.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months kitchen experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handler's card.
• Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and present a well-groomed appearance.

Physical Demands

• Regularly stands for prolonged periods of time.
• Regularly walks.
• Regularly uses hands and fingers to handle or feel.
• Regularly reaches with hands and arms.
• Regularly climbs or balances.
• Regularly stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
• Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• Regularly exposed to secondary smoke.
• Regularly exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Regularly exposed to extreme heat.
• Work environment is usually loud.
