The Tean DashMart Kitchens is a culinary team operating within a shared DashMart facility. We prepare made-to-order meals for customers ordering through the DoorDash app, working alongside our DashMart partners to provide a seamless customer experience.
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead Kitchen Operations within a shared DashMart facility. As a Kitchen Shift Lead, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy. You will collaborate with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership to maintain facility success.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service, kitchen operations, or grocery leadership
- Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
- Detail-oriented and holds high standards for food safety and cleanliness
- Comfortable leading in fast-paced, physically active environments
- Willingness to complete or hold a Food Handler's Certification
Pay & Benefits
Base Pay: $20.60—$20.60 USD
