Complete kitchen renovation project including full demolition of the existing layout and installation of new custom features.
Responsibilities
- Protect adjacent rooms from dust and debris
- Demolish existing finishes and remove all debris
- Remove existing plumbing fixtures
- Inspect and repair subfloor as needed
- Install electrical rough-in for new layout
- Install plumbing rough-in for new layout
- Repair walls after demolition and rough-in work
- Install custom cabinetry
- Install stone countertops
- Install tile backsplash
- Install sink and faucet
- Connect all appliances
- Install recessed and pendant lighting
- Install new flooring
- Paint walls and trim
- Install hardware and complete punch-list items
