About the Role

Complete kitchen renovation project including demolition of the existing layout, installation of new custom cabinetry, stone countertops, tile backsplash, updated plumbing and electrical systems, recessed and pendant lighting, and new flooring.

Responsibilities

• Protect adjacent rooms from dust and debris
• Demolish existing finishes and layout
• Remove existing plumbing fixtures
• Inspect and repair subfloor as needed
• Install electrical rough-in for new lighting and appliances
• Install plumbing rough-in for new fixtures
• Repair walls after demolition and rough-in work
• Install custom cabinetry
• Install stone countertops
• Install tile backsplash
• Install sink and faucet
• Connect kitchen appliances
• Install recessed and pendant lighting
• Install new flooring
• Paint walls and trim
• Install hardware and complete punch list items
