About the role

We are immediately hiring Kitchen Prep team members to support the preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe specifications.
• Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including proper storage and tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a quick pace.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

Pay range: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, dependent on relevant work experience.
