Our vibe is fun, eclectic, inspiring yet familiar surroundings, offering high quality yet approachable wines paired with fresh and colorful bruschetta boards built for sharing. The menu is designed for sharing and pairing with our amazing wines with options for everyone. NOW HIRING / IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY for Full Time & Part Time Prep Cooks / Kitchen Prep.

Responsibilities

• Complete preparation of food and recipes.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Organize the kitchen under the direction of cooks, chefs, or food service managers.

Skills

• Highly skilled at preparing ingredients.
• Excellent knife skills.
• Proven track record of adhering to recipe standards.
• Passion for working with high quality and fresh ingredients.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Thrives on teamwork.

Requirements

• 1 year of full‑service restaurant kitchen cook experience.
• Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues (including the past year).
• Combined work experience and education will be considered.
• Associate’s degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification required.
