Kitchen Prep

About the role

We are immediately hiring for a Kitchen Prep role. This position supports our culinary team by preparing and presenting all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner, ensuring the highest quality of inventory and fresh produce.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes.
• Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets Fogo de Chão’s standards.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

This position has a pay range starting at $16.90 and going up to $22.90 per hour, dependent on relevant work experience.
