Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure a positive working environment
- Develop and implement menu items that align with our polished casual theme
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus
- 2+ years of kitchen management or supervisory experience
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
Pay
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually
