Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily kitchen operations and staff management

- Training and mentoring kitchen staff for performance and development
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborating with front-of-house staff to enhance guest experiences
Requirements
- Achieved an associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Pay
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually
