Kitchen Manager - Monday-Friday Days - Weekends Off
About the role
Looking for a restaurant leadership position with steady daytime hours and every weekend off? Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a full-time Kitchen Manager at our Bulldog location in Provo. We're looking for someone dependable who works with a sense of urgency, takes pride in a clean and organized kitchen, and enjoys being part of a strong team.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and work with a strong sense of urgency
- Ensure food and catering orders are accurate and completed on time
- Maintain proper portion control and food quality
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized and stocked
- Help control food waste and food costs
- Train and support kitchen team members
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the kitchen moving
Requirements
We're looking for someone reliable, fast, organized and positive who genuinely cares about doing a good job. You may already be a kitchen manager, or you may be a strong line cook, prep lead, catering lead, baker lead or shift leader ready for more responsibility. Restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.

Pay
Up to $19/hour once fully trained, plus approximately $1.50/hour in tips.
Schedule
Monday: 5:00 AM-2:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00 AM-2:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: OFF
