Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily kitchen operations including food preparation, quality, and consistency.
• Training, coaching, and development of BOH team members.
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Managing inventory and food costs.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
• Partnering with restaurant leadership to deliver a great guest experience every shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of kitchen leadership or restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
