Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, production, and food safety compliance daily.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing a high-volume restaurant kitchen or similar operation.
• Proven track record hiring, training, and retaining strong kitchen staff.
• Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required.
• Strong understanding of food costs, inventory management, and P&L impact.
