Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the company's proprietary food programs
• Record and calculate daily waste
• Adjust build-to information
• Order supplies
• Count and calculate inventory weekly
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation requirements
• Prepare and direct team members

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience
• Friendly, hard-working, and reliable leadership skills
• Ability to engage with customers, employees, vendors, and help make a difference in someone’s day

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards
