Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for all Kitchen sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s Kitchen processes.
- Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
- Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
- Training, developing, and scheduling team members
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
- Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
- Experience in managing COGS, inventory levels, ordering and scheduling within a budget
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
