About the role
The R+R Kitchen Food Service Coordinator (FSC) position at Road Ranger is a vital part of the team, responsible for the operation of the company's proprietary food programs. Reporting to the Store Management Team, this role involves recording and calculating daily waste, adjusting build-to information, ordering supplies, counting and calculating inventory weekly, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation requirements, and preparing and directing team members.

Requirements
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- A friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader
- Enjoy engaging with customers, employees, vendors, and helping make a difference in someone’s day
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
