Food Service Manager

Lunds & Byerlys St Louis Park is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Food Service Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers!

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Developing daily and weekly menus
• Maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Evaluating and ensuring product quality and selection
• Analyzing financials
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts, strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations, strong understanding of retail operations, computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
