About the role
The Restaurant & Operations Manager leads strategic initiatives and operating standards to enhance business performance and elevate the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
- Demonstrate proactive leadership in ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
- Interact with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development
- Leverage core values and lead others to embody them while collaborating with the management team for high-quality and timely results
Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- True leadership capabilities
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Pay
Salary Range: $59,931 - $70,508
