Qualifications
- Works cooperatively with Kitchen Manager
- Identifies and communicates ways to improve and streamline operation
- Maintains a clean and safe facility
- Mainters food temperatures during hot and cold handling
- Communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Assists in ordering food, produce, liquor and restaurant supplies
- Completes walk-through and temperature checks in the kitchen
- Performs and assists in all functions for kitchen operations
