Duties of the Kitchen Hood Cleaner

• Power wash kitchen hoods, ductwork, hood filters, rooftop exhaust fans, blowers and more
• Clean and certify restaurant kitchen exhaust hood systems
• Install auxiliary systems including access panels, hinge kits and grease containment systems
• Complete service reports and document before and after conditions with photos and descriptions
• Exceed client expectations with service and communication
• Communicate and interact as part of a team
• Strictly follow policies, regulations and safety procedures of the industry
• Maintain and service company equipment
• All assigned duties by Crew Chief
