About the role
R&T Hood is a leading Hood and Duct cleaning company in the Seattle area with over 30 years of experience. We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Exhaust Hood Cleaners for our night shift.
Responsibilities
- No prior experience necessary
- Starting wage of $23/hr
- Quick and clear path to $25/hr after promotion to lead technician (achievable in less than 6 months)
- Additional $2/hr raise for leads after passing IKECA Certification exam
- Company provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums at 100% of cost
- Paid time off and four paid holidays

- Mostly local projects within a reasonable driving distance - all travel done in company vehicles
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Not afraid of heights and capable of working on roofs and ladders
- Able to work night shift
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
